Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, door hanging, and fixture installation under supervision Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and effectively on job sites Support concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, masonry, and other foundational tasks Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as water damage restoration or mold remediation Aid in fabrication, assembly, and installation of cabinetry, drywall, stucco, and metal stud framing Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Willingness to learn various carpentry techniques including trim carpentry, framing, and finish work Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards on construction sites Previous experience in construction or restoration industries is a plus but not mandatory Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is advantageous This paid apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for those interested in building a rewarding career in construction.

Pay:

$25.56 - $30.78 per hour
