We would like to work with someone who has a track record of hard work and producing results. If that sounds like you, we offer opportunities to grow and have a great work/life balance. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in residential remodeling, speak fluent English, and possess the ability to perform a broad range of tasks including: Complete a variety of excavations using hand tools Independently follow demolition plans Independently frame simple non bearing walls Lifting and manipulating objects up to 80 lbs. Cut lumber, concrete, metal, etc. (with accurate measurements) Independently erect scaffolding and ladders Installation of pre-hung windows and doors Installation of siding Follow safety rules and regulations Use power tools safely and accurately Maintain a safe and clean environment This position requires attention to detail, taking pride in your work, integrity, good communication skills, good organizational skills, a strong sense of teamwork, strong skills in following specific instructions, as well as the ability to work independently. Pre-employment testing will include drug screening and a background check. A valid OR driver's license and clean driving record will be required.
Compensation:
$18 to $22/hour, DOE, and benefits after two months. Benefit package includes health insurance, vision, and dental insurance paid entirely by employer, sick pay, holiday pay after eligibility, and company matched Simple IRA after eligibility.
