Pay:

$45.00 to $60.00 per hour Joseph Ketner Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects and lead small crews in delivering high-quality work. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and communication. Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential exterior remodeling projects Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, siding, roofing, and decking Read blueprints/plans and perform project layout Ensure materials and tools are available on-site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Communicate project progress with office staff and homeowners Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to building code Mentor junior carpenters and support team development Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential exterior carpentry Experience leading or supervising small crews Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions Must have standard hand tools for daily carpentry tasks and reliable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license required Ability to solve jobsite challenges independently Commitment to safety, quality, and professional communication Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Day shift

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
