Residential Remodel Carpenter Location:
Beaverton, OR.
Compensation:
$25-$27/hr.
DOE Schedule:
2-3 days per week
Hours:
9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Full 8-hour days About the Position Our client is looking for a dependable and skilled Carpenter to assist with residential remodeling projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working on a variety of projects in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have experience with general carpentry and remodeling and be able to jump in and contribute with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry work for residential remodel projects Assist with framing, drywall, trim, finish carpentry, and installation Perform demolition and prepare work areas for remodeling Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with repairs, renovations, and general construction tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow project plans, instructions, and quality standards Work professionally in residential environments Communicate effectively with the team and homeowners when needed What We're Looking For Previous residential/commercial/industrial carpentry or remodeling experience preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Ability to read measurements and work accurately Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable and dependable attendance Good communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
