We are seeking a skilled and reliable Working Foreman / Lead Deck Carpenter for a full-time position. In this role, you will be the driving force on our job sites, leading by example. You must possess deep deck-building expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and the flexibility to effectively manage a small crew or work independently to get the job done right. We are a small, locally owned and operated family business built on pride, craftsmanship, and integrity. We specialize in building high-quality decks that make our customers happy and are built to last.
