Job Location:

Roseburg, OR Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Install approximately 6-9 vertical interior corner studs (12 ft) for drywall/sheetrock backing — non-structural, toenail into place Install T1-11 (no-groove) soffit panels on eaves/overhangs, approx. 170-180 linear ft Include any necessary blocking or furring for a clean, weather-tight soffit installation

JOB DETAILS

Start date: August 3,2026 Estimated duration: Framing is limited hours once access is clear Soffit install should be planned for cutting, fitting, and securing across full linear footage (Scaffolding will be needed) Point of contact: Yvonne / 928-384-3174 / yvonnesentrihomes.com

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of trade experience (carpentry/framing) Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $1000.00 Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period. Do great work and there's more where this came from. We reward reliable, quality crews with repeat projects nationwide.
