HR Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when needed. Includes participation in an after-hours and weekend emergency board-up on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

Perform rough carpentry work such as framing and structural repairs as part of the rebuild process Complete finish carpentry to bring damaged properties back to a polished, move-in ready condition Handle drywall repair and painting as needed to complete a job from start to finish Work closely with Project Managers to keep jobs on track and moving forward Communicate professionally and courteously with customers while working on-site Document job progress by taking photos and logging updates through a mobile app

Requirements:

Has at least 3 years of professional carpentry experience Can work independently while also being a team player Is dependable and shows up ready to work Communicates well with customers and coworkers Stays organized and manages time effectively Takes pride in producing quality work Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years Ability to pass background check and pre-placement drug screen !
