In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and frameworks that form the backbone of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise craftsmanship and efficient execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from metal building erection to remodeling and restoration efforts, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness at every stage. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, metal stud framing, and other carpentry tasks. Erect metal buildings and install structural components using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures. Execute masonry work including stucco, plastering, siding, and roofing projects with precision. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, assemble, and install woodwork, trim carpentry, and framing components. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fitment of materials. Handle heavy lifting safely while working on construction sites involving heavy equipment operation or restoration projects. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to coordinate tasks effectively across multiple trades such as welding, siding installation, or remodeling. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and adhering to safety protocols throughout each project phase. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in carpentry or framing roles. Proficiency in blueprint reading, dimensional measurements, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, plastering, stucco application, and woodworking. Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders along with heavy equipment when necessary. Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus for those involved in project coordination or supervision roles. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces as required by the job site. Basic math skills including measurements and calculations essential for precise craftsmanship. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites including proper handling of tools and equipment.
