In this role, you will bring your expertise in various carpentry disciplines and construction techniques to deliver top-quality craftsmanship on a wide range of projects. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will contribute significantly to our success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about construction, restoration, and building excellence. Responsibilities Execute diverse carpentry tasks including trim, frame, metal stud framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and siding with precision and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Perform concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration as needed Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, mold remediation systems, and other structural or aesthetic components Conduct heavy lifting and assist with remodeling projects while adhering to safety standards Support restoration efforts by applying skills in water damage repair, mold remediation, caulking, electrical work, plumbing, and metal framing Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating and hands-on carpentry across multiple disciplines including trim carpentry, framing, roofing, and masonry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project planning and execution Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, fabrication techniques and construction site safety protocols Demonstrated experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage repair or mold remediation is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in fixture installation and finishing work Valid experience in remodeling projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work or plumbing is highly desirable Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project.
