is looking for an experienced, dependable Construction / Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a well-rounded construction background who is comfortable working on a variety of residential and light commercial projects. Our construction work varies from job to job and may include remodeling, carpentry, roofing, framing, siding, drywall, doors and windows, decks, repairs, and general construction projects. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial remodeling and construction work Framing and general carpentry Roofing and exterior repairs Install doors, windows, trim, siding, and other building materials Complete demolition and renovation work Perform general repairs and property improvements Read measurements and safely operate common construction tools and equipment Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Work independently as well as alongside other crew members Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers What We're Looking For Previous construction, carpentry, remodeling, or similar trade experience Well-rounded skill set and ability to handle different types of projects Ability to complete work efficiently while maintaining quality Dependable and able to show up on time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights when necessary Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field Roofing experience is a plus We are especially interested in someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable with the variety that comes with working for a multi-trade company.
