We're looking for a hands-on Window Treatment Installer to join our team. No prior window treatment experience required — we'll train you — but candidates should bring solid carpentry or general construction skills and be comfortable working with tools. What you'll do: Travel to customer homes and job sites (company vehicle provided) to measure and install window treatments — blinds, shades, shutters, and similar products Accurately take field measurements to ensure a precise fit Assist with general warehouse duties — receiving, organizing inventory, prepping materials for install Represent the company professionally in customers' homes What we're looking for: Carpentry or hands-on trade background (construction, cabinetry, handyman work, etc.) Comfortable using hand and power tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be driving a company vehicle) Strong attention to detail — measuring accuracy matters Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team Physical ability to lift materials and work on ladders/at heights as needed What we offer: Full training on window treatment installation Company vehicle for job travel Steady work with a growing local business To apply, [contact info / how to apply].
