Ziccardi Builders Inc is a growing construction company in Conneaut Lake, PA. We are professional construction company offering high-quality services. We're looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. We require someone who is capable of working with a variety of tools and possesses a number of different talents. The right candidate will possess leadership skills, be capable of effectively communicating with others, and will be able to complete daily tasks on schedule. A successful candidate will have prior experience in the field and who can work independently while being a part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Min 5 years experience Knowledge in framing, mill work, trim work, and drywall Capable of reading blueprints & designs Operate a wide variety of power tools safely Measure and mark materials before cutting. Use handheld devices to measure distance and area. Locate building materials on site or on drawing. Use blueprints, charts, work orders or other written documents to guide work. Locate materials, tools and equipment using drawings, schematics, or sketches. Disassemble and reassemble machines and equipment safely.
