These positions play a key role in forming, placing, and finishing all concrete elements for the site and building infrastructure. Long-term opportunity for reliable hands.
Job Scope:
Form Carpenters:
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Proficiency in concrete forming systems (e.g., Symons, wood forms, metal forms). Install rebar, anchor bolts, and other embedded materials as needed. Ensure forms are plumb, square, and properly aligned before pouring. Strip forms and clean work areas after concrete sets.
Concrete Finishers:
Direct and assist with the concrete pour, ensuring proper placement and consolidation. Use hand and power tools (e.g., trowels, floats, screeds, edgers) to achieve specified finish and surface texture.
Finish concrete surfaces for:
Building floors and slabs Equipment/well pads Foundations and other structural elements Apply curing compounds, sealants, and surface treatments as required.
Concrete Form Carpenters and Finisher Qualifications:
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite. 3+ years of experience as a concrete form carpenter and/or finisher in commercial, industrial, or energy-sector construction. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor OSHA 10 or PEC/Safeland card (will provide training if needed) Must have or be able to get standard PPE including Type 2 fire retardant
Clothing Compensation/Benefits Locals:
Up to $38/hr
Travelers:
$31/100PD (for 5-days worked) M-F 7am-530pm (guaranteed overtime) Weekly direct deposit PTO/holidays Comprehensive medical/dental Long-term opportunity

$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
