Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable remodeling professional with experience across multiple trades to join our team. This role focuses on remodeling bathrooms and living spaces to improve accessibility and safety for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship and understands the importance of creating functional, safe, and comfortable environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform residential renovations with a focus on modifications.
  • Remodel bathrooms (walk-in showers, grab bars, widen doorways, etc.)
  • Modify rooms and layouts to improve functional independence
  • Execute work involving: o Electrical systems (basic wiring, fixture installation) o Plumbing (toilets, sinks, showers piping, etc.) o Framing & structural modifications o Drywall installation & repair
  • Ensure all work meets building codes, safety & ADA accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, homeowners, and team members
  • Maintain a clean & organized job site.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in home renovations, remodeling, or handyman services
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, framing, & drywall.
  • Experience with accessibly modifications or ADA-related projects is preferred
  • Extensive use, competence, & comfort with power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail & craftmanship
  • Ability to work independently and a s part of a team
  • Ability to travel overnight when necessary

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
