As a full-service design-build company, we offer both commercial and residential expertise across Central PA and beyond. About the position... The Construction Carpenter is responsible for performing various carpentry and labor tasks related to the company's commercial and residential construction projects. We are looking for team members to join our construction team for projects in the King of Prussia area, with the expectation of transitioning to future projects in the Greater Harrisburg area after construction is complete. Installation of commercial hardware, cabinets, windows, and doors as directed by team members. Participates in layout and installation of decks and walls as directed by team members and plans. Completes punch out tasks for projects as assigned. Utilizes knowledge of ADA Regulations in performing tasks for projects. If skilled
- installs basic roofing and siding as directed by team members. If skilled
- performs basic foundation work.
- List will be provided at time of interview Must be able to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints Must be able to keep track of working hours and assigned tasks via mobile device Experience/Education at a Vo-Tech or Trade School is highly preferred but not required OSHA Certification is highly preferred but not required
