+ Design is seeking experienced, detail-oriented Carpenters to join our residential remodeling team. Key Responsibilities Perform all aspects of carpentry and remodeling, including framing, cabinetry, trim, and detailed finish work. Interpret and execute plans or blueprints to meet project specifications. Partner with project leads and team members to maintain schedules and ensure high-quality results. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times. Adhere to company standards and client expectations for craftsmanship and professionalism. Operate, maintain, and properly store carpentry tools and equipment. Qualifications Proven carpentry experience required; residential remodeling experience strongly preferred. Proficient in reading blueprints and using standard carpentry tools. Ability to handle multiple stages of a remodel—from layout and framing to installation, cabinetry, and finish work. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Must have reliable transportation, personal hand tools, and a basic tool belt; trailer-towing ability is a plus. Physically capable of performing construction duties (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods). Eagerness to learn, take direction, and continue developing skills through hands-on mentorship.
