Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This paid position provides valuable experience in construction processes and industry standards, supporting your growth in the skilled trades. Duties Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and roofing tasks with precision. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing equipment Fabricate and install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, moldings, and other custom woodwork while adhering to safety protocols like power tool safety standards. Support construction site activities including heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile layiny. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards; maintain a clean and organized job site at all times. Skills Proficiency in various carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, fixture installation, and remodeling. Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders) with a focus on safety. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks. Knowledge of construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols.
