Job Description

Bakker Marine is looking for a reliable and experienced Boat Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team for the busy boating season.
Seasonal position:
Now through the end of
October Responsibilities:
Safely transport boats to and from customers, marinas, and service locations Proficiently tow, maneuver, and back boat trailers, including positioning trailers in tight or challenging areas Safely load, position, and secure boats onto trailers for transportation Communicate professionally and courteously with customers during pickups and deliveries Perform basic safety checks of the vehicle, trailer, and boat before transport Represent Bakker Marine professionally when interacting with customers
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Demonstrated experience towing and maneuvering boat trailers Confident and proficient in backing and positioning trailers Experience loading, securing, and transporting boats Dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious Strong communication and customer-service skills Marine industry experience is a plus.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
