Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and construction site experience. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial builds, renovations, and restorations. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for executing tasks with precision while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and fixture installation as required by project specifications. Perform construction-related tasks including site prep, demolition, framing, and finishing work. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities. Engage in concrete forming, masonry work, and roofing as part of the construction process. Assist in cabinet installation, door hanging, siding installation, and flooring installation. Carry out heavy lifting and physical labor as needed on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related fields such as construction painting, plumbing, or electrical work is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating and restoration industry practices is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining effective communication with colleagues. Previous experience in remodeling projects is beneficial. A valid driver's license is required. Carpool may be available depending on job site locations.
