The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation and management of materials at construction sites. Hilinski Construction Co., Inc. is a local family owned construction & remodeling company with over 55 years of experience serving our local neighbors. Hilinski Construction is a Andersen Elite window contractor & Owens Corning Preferred roofing contractor.

Our services include:

Window & Door Installation, Trim Carpentry Work, Kitchen & Bathroom remodeling, Plumbing, Flooring Installation, Decks, & Roofs. Duties may also include painting, drywall hanging & finishing. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople by handling materials and tools. Prepare construction sites for tasks, such as clearing debris and setting up scaffolding. Maintain tools and equipment. Load and unload construction materials. Follow safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Required Valid Drivers License General Company Benefits Health insurance. Paid time off Retirement On the job training.
