Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our construction crew. Experience in general construction, carpentry, framing, or remodeling is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Log home construction experience is a plus! Responsibilities Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects Perform general carpentry, framing, and building tasks Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials Follow plans, instructions, and job-site safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively as part of a team Qualifications Construction or carpentry experience preferred Log home construction experience is a plus Painting and staining experience is a plus Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work safely and efficiently Ability to lift materials and perform physical work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities.
