About us Custom Craft is an award-winning, second-generation, family-owned design-build remodeling firm based in Lansdale, serving Montgomery and Bucks Counties. We design and build kitchens, baths, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations. Everything we do runs on a defined process we call the Custom Craft Way, built around five-star client experiences, work that lasts, and doing the right thing. What you'll do Run one remodeling job at a time, from start to punch list Plan and stage the work so crews and trade partners are never waiting Direct support carpenters and trade partners on site day to day Update the homeowner in person every day on progress and the plan Use Buildertrend daily to submit daily log, track time, and communicate with subs and project manager Do quality carpentry from framing to finish, with no corners cut You're a fit if you Have 5+ years in residential construction and have run a job or directed other carpenters Are known as the planner on site: materials ready, next trade prepped, no wasted days Communicate confidently with homeowners, crews, and subs Are comfortable with a phone app for daily logs Have your own hand and power tools, reliable transportation, and a reasonable commute to Lansdale Pay and benefits $35 to $39 per hour, plus production bonus incentive 100% medical coverage for staff Retirement plan with company match Paid time off Ongoing training and a real path to grow Apply today... & If qualified, expect a call soon and you'll hear back at every step, whether it's a yes or a no.
