Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a wide range of construction-related tasks. Your expertise in carpentry, remodeling, and restoration will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, utilizing your skills in construction and technical troubleshooting to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will drive a company van to customers homes to do punch-out on on-going work and customer service work on jobs that are completed. You will also assist in managing jobs. Experience You must have 5-10 years experience in general construction with a wide skillset You must also be comfortable calling customers and speaking with them one on one.
