Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of experienced carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the new home, remodeling and finish carpentry industry, demonstrating proficiency. This position is essential for maintaining and enhancing the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our projects. Duties Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs. Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects. Handle heavy lifting associated with construction materials and equipment. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects. Provide maintenance person services, including cabinet installation, door hanging, caulking, and construction painting. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Skills Extensive experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, and cabinetry. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques. Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledgeable of residential and commercial construction Experience in restoration industry practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship across various trades.
