Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team. The Carpenter Helper will assist in various carpentry tasks and provide support to our team of experienced carpenters. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about carpentry and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters in fabricating, constructing, and installing structures and fixtures
• Prepare work areas by setting up tools, equipment, and materials
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
• Help with the installation
• Assist with frame carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components
• Ensure that work areas are clean and free of debris
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead carpenter or supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry not required
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in carpentry work
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary
