Laborer / Apprentice Carpenter BT Home Improvements Perkasie, PA BT Home Improvements is looking to hire a laborer/apprentice to join our small residential remodeling team. We're looking for someone dependable, organized, motivated, and willing to learn the trades. This is a good opportunity for a younger person looking to gain real hands-on experience in residential remodeling while working alongside a small, consistent crew. We handle all phases of remodeling, from demolition to finishes, including: Additions Kitchens & bathrooms Framing Trim & finish carpentry Painting General remodeling work What we're looking for: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good organizational habits Attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to work physically throughout the day Positive attitude and ability to work with a team Experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. Organization and job site cleanliness are a big part of how we work. Keeping tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized helps projects run smoothly and efficiently. Most of our work is in Montgomery and Bucks County, often south of Perkasie, so some driving is part of the job.
