Lead Carpenter / Commercial Kitchen Equipment Installer Lead Carpenter / Commercial Kitchen Equipment Installer 📍 Travel Role | NYC to Washington, DC Territory 💲 Competitive Pay + Benefits | Contract-to-Hire Join a growing team installing commercial kitchen equipment and performing carpentry work on new construction and renovation projects. We're looking for experienced professionals with strong construction skills, blueprint-reading abilities, and the leadership experience to manage small job sites.Responsibilities:
Install commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and ventilation systems Perform rough and finish carpentry, framing, cabinetry, and trim work Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed Lead small projects and coordinate with customers on-site Follow safety standards and maintain quality workmanship Travel throughout the assigned territory for project workQualifications:
Commercial construction and carpentry experience Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Experience with commercial kitchen equipment installation preferred Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work independently and travel frequently High School Diploma or GED required Trade school, CFESA, NATE, or related certifications are a plusWhat We Offer:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prospect Park, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
