Job Description
Role Description The Lead Carpenter with Project Oversight is a full-time, on-site role based in a 90 mile radius centered to Feasterville-Trevose, PA. This role is responsible for leading carpentry work on projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and installation tasks, while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting plans and drawings, coordinating materials and tools, assigning tasks to carpentry crew members, and monitoring progress to keep work on schedule. The Lead Carpenter will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other trades, communicate site conditions and needs, and help resolve technical or constructability issues. The individual will also maintain a clean and safe job site, conduct inspections of completed work, and support training and mentorship of carpentry team members.
