What You'll Do As a Carpenter at Hackman Builders, you'll work alongside our construction team on a wide variety of residential projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction work on custom homes, additions, and renovations. Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other architectural details. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans. Complete demolition, structural modifications, and other remodeling tasks. Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and fellow craftsmen. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Identify potential construction challenges and communicate solutions proactively. Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining project schedules and production goals. What We're Looking For We're interested in experienced carpenters who are confident in their abilities but also eager to continue learning and growing.

Ideal qualifications:

3+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience preferred. Experience with framing, remodeling, and finish carpentry. Ability to read construction drawings and work independently when needed. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and proper tool usage. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Dependability, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential construction. Experience in custom home construction, high-end renovations, or multiple carpentry disciplines is a plus.
