Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in carpentry, construction estimating, and various specialized trades to deliver top-quality craftsmanship across a range of projects. Your hands-on experience with blueprint reading, fabrication, and restoration will be essential in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Execute a wide array of carpentry tasks including trim, frame, metal stud framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction and renovation activities. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently across multiple projects. Perform concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding installation, stucco application, and tile laying to meet project specifications. Conduct restoration tasks such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, drywall repair, and general renovation work. Install fixtures including cabinetry, doors, lighting fixtures, and plumbing components while adhering to safety standards. Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on construction sites or manufacturing environments. Follow schematics and technical instructions accurately during assembly or fabrication processes. Support rebar installation for concrete projects and contribute to metal framing or steel fabrication when required. Maintain a clean and organized work site while complying with safety regulations at all times. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and framing), masonry or restoration industries. Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other fabrication equipment. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of various construction techniques such as stucco application, siding installation, roofing systems, flooring installation (including tile), drywall finishing, and electrical or plumbing basics. Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments with a focus on safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout the workday. Familiarity with water damage restoration processes or mold remediation is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to project challenges. Valid certifications related to construction trades (e.g., OSHA certification) are preferred but not mandatory. Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
