Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Construction Specialist. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various construction techniques and practices, with an emphasis on carpentry and cabinetry construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of construction, including but not limited to cabinetry building and install, trim work, paint prep and touch up painting Perform Execute trim and finish carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects, including cabinet installation and finish details installation with a focus on quality lifting tasks. Collaborate with team members on remodeling efforts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Requirements

! Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong background in carpentry and cabinetry Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites. Pay:
