BKR Enterprises is on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Building Contractor/ General Repairs estimation and sales associate to acquire & execute daily construction bids for commercial and residential remodeling projects such as drywall repair, painting, plumbing, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Candidate must be organized, task oriented, self motivated, and requires an employment history with a focus in the construction field. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their construction service needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in the installation and maintenance of construction-related systems. Schedule and coordinate small teams for various construction tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency. Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout project execution. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during all construction activities. Utilize customer service skills to address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Work with local retailers and suppliers for project materials and services.

Windows, Doors, and Siding Rough to finished carpentry Various Flooring Bathroom Remodeling Light plumbing and electrical Kitchen Remodeling Cost estimation Planning and design Contract Sales Minimum of 5 years related working experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and sales experience in the construction industry preferred. Summary In the role of General Sales for a small construction services firm, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will leverage your core skills in English, mechanical knowledge, and facilities maintenance to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. Your premium skills in electrical experience and welding will enhance your ability to discuss technical aspects of services offered. Additionally, your relevant experience in customer service and supervising will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, fostering strong relationships with clients and contributing to the firm's success. This role is solely 1099 commission based with earnings reflecting the total sales volume. Future goals are to fill position as Operations Manager or Company Executive.
