We're growing and looking for skilled professionals to join our Special Services Division If you're a hands-on problem solver with a passion for craftsmanship and mentoring, this is your opportunity to make an impact on projects that matter—ranging from remodels to expansions in industries like food/dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial. What You'll Do Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks: framing, drywall, finish work, and more. Execute caulking, construction painting, and fixture installation. Form concrete for foundations and structural elements. Install flooring and fabricate custom woodwork. Participate in restoration projects, bringing structures back to life. Lift and move materials and equipment safely. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Mentor and train future apprentices. What We're Looking For Journeyman card or 5-6+ years of commercial construction experience . Strong carpentry skills with a portfolio of completed work. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Roofing experience is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
