• Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
• Residential Framing
• Maintenance work such as repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Water damage restoration
• Assembling and installing fixtures, cabinets, and furniture
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Siding installation and repairs
• Reading and interpreting blueprints ```Qualifications```
• Proven experience in remodeling or related field
• Proficiency in a variety of remodeling skills, including:
• Maintenance Person work
• Flooring installation
• Water damage restoration
• Construction estimating and project management
• Assembling and installing fixtures, cabinets, and furniture
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Siding installation and repairs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
