Job Description
We are seeking full-time experienced Carpenters (5 years+ of experience) to join our team building high-performance zero energy homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated, with strong craftsmanship and a commitment to quality. This role requires hands-on carpentry experience and the ability to work effectively on a variety of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Hourly rate will be determined by experience and leadership ability. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret plan sets and construction drawings accurately. Assist in framing, trim, and other detailed carpentry tasks. Safely lift and handle materials up to 100 pounds. Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude on all job sites. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow. Contribute to a safe and organized jobsite environment. Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry experience. Strong rough and finish carpentry skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plan sets. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable. Strong communication and listening skills. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Ability to lift and carry 100+ pounds. Leadership experience a plus Equipment licensure a plus.
