Breachway Building Co. LLC We are a growing high-end remodeling and coastal construction company looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, jobsite leadership, and delivering exceptional finished work. Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations on residential remodel projects
• Perform high-quality framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, and installation work
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Layout and execute work accurately and efficiently
• Manage laborers and subcontractors on site
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and daily workflow
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Communicate progress, issues, and scheduling needs with project manager / owner
• Ensure projects meet high-end finish standards and client expectations ## Requirements
• 5+ years carpentry experience
• Proven experience leading residential remodeling projects
• Strong skills in framing, trim, cabinets, doors, windows, and finish work
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Own hand tools and basic cordless tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship ## Preferred Experience
• High-end kitchen and bath remodels
• Coastal / exterior trim and siding work
• Deck framing and finish decking
• Blueprint reading and jobsite layout
• Punch list and finish detail work ## Compensation
