Finish Carpenter Job Description Candidates will be performing rough & finish carpentry on commercial jobs in Southeastern Wisconsin. Tasks include trim work, hanging doors, and hanging cabinets. Candidates must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and gloves. A vest is not required as work will be conducted in a fenced-off area. Responsibilities Perform finish carpentry on commercial projects. Conduct trim work, hang doors, and install cabinets. Travel to job sites within a 20-minute radius of Milwaukee, WI. Provide and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and gloves. Essential Skills A minimum of 2 years of experience as a rough or finish carpenter on commercial projects. Experience in multi-family, stick-built projects. Ability to perform tasks such as trim work, door hanging, and cabinet installation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in rough carpentry and framing is beneficial. Candidates should have a strong understanding of finish carpentry. Adaptability in commercial and retail project environments. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Geneva, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
