Candidates must be able to pass a Background Check. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform carpentry tasks efficiently. Construct, install, and repair frameworks, structures, etc. Work with masonry materials including stucco for exterior applications. Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of joints and seams. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion according to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols while working on construction sites, including the use of personal protective equipment. Experience Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry. Familiarity with various carpentry techniques like framing, etc. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications. Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
