Job Description
Estep Builders is hiring a Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform all phases of residential construction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can preform carpentry work from the ground up while managing a small crew. Duties Layout and frame floors, walls, and roofs Install sheathing, windows, and exterior doors Complete exterior work including siding, trim, fascia, and soffit Perform interior finish work (doors, trim, cabinets, punch-out Coordinate daily tasks and workflow for crew members Maintain job site organization, safety, and productivity Ensure all work meets quality standards and plans Requirements Proven experience in all carpentry phases of residential carpentry (rough & finish) Ability to read and execute construction plans Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience operating equipment (preferred) Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Personal tools are required
