Key Qualifications:
Eligible for School Psychologist certification in South Carolina (out-of-state applicants must meet state eligibility) Deep understanding of South Carolina Special Education laws and practices At least 2 years' experience working with elementary student populations in school settings Commitment to being onsite for the entirety of the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychological services to elementary school students Conduct evaluations and assessments to support student success and special education eligibility Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student plans Stay current on state laws and best practices in school psychology specific to South Carolina Support crisis intervention and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
