Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled carpenter with a vast knowledge of various carpentry techniques to join our team! You will collaborate with the Project Manager to build, install, adjust, and repair various structures, fixtures, and other items using a range of materials.

Qualifications:
Preferred 3+ years of in-field experience, but not required. General knowledge of Residential Construction practices and building codes. Works efficiently and accurately while paying close attention to detail. Works well both as part of a team and independently. Excellent communication skills. Clean driving record. Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 80 lbs. Proficient use of power and manual equipment and measuring tools.
Trade Skills a plus:
Framing, Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, Electrical, Flooring, Tile Responsibilities:
Produce projects to standards. Maintain thorough records with Daily Logs. Measure and mark construction materials accurately. Cut, shape, alter, and install construction materials to complete residential remodels. Read and adhere to labels, safety regulations, building codes, and guidelines. Use and maintain tools/equipment in safe operating conditions. Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with the production team.
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
