Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist owner with tasks such as repairs, installations, and maintenance projects Perform general repair and maintenance duties Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Advanced knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Punctual, dependable, and professional

Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
