Are you a skilled Carpenter looking to make an impact? Second Rodeo Designs LLC is looking for a skilled, multi-disciplinary craftsman to join our team! We are a Residential Design/Build Firm quickly becoming the premier remodeling company in the area. Second Rodeo Designs exists to Contribute to a Thriving Community in Chattanooga. Position Overview:
Assist the Foreman & Project Manager in material takeoffs, inventory control, tool & supply maintenance, and workflow planning. Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites. Perform tasks related to all aspects of residential construction including Framing, Trim Carpentry, Tile, Siding, Door & Window Installations, and many other aspects of construction.
Position Qualifications:
Must be driven to perform with the highest quality in both self-directed and team environments. Must have a positive attitude, be a problem solver, and willing to figure it out. Must possess Carpentry knowledge and skills including advanced trim carpentry, framing & load paths, proper flashing & waterproofing techniques, and appropriate material selections. Must possess a basic literacy in architectural and engineered drawings. A minimum of 3 years of construction experience. Be invested in professional growth and improvement including hands-on skills, soft skills, and industry knowledge. Possession of a full set of basic carpentry tools and most specialty tools. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a fully insured vehicle. Must possess an attention to detail and commitment to communicating with team members and trade partners. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
