We are currently looking for skilled carpenters who are seasoned in the trades and passionate about their craft. Key Responsibilities As a Journeyman Carpenter with October Blue, you will handle a diverse range of tasks that require both technical skill and creative problem-solving.

Installation:

Assist in the installation of high-end windows and doors for residential and light commercial projects.

Finishing:

Perform precision trim work and high-quality finishing.

Custom Projects:

Execute specialized custom-build projects tailored to client needs.

Adaptability:

Apply years of trade experience to navigate unique job site challenges while remaining open to learning new techniques and specialized systems. Qualifications We are seeking professionals who are "not new to the trades" and bring a foundational understanding of job site excellence.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional carpentry experience.

Technical Proficiency:

Comprehensive knowledge of hand and power tools.

Professionalism:

A deep understanding of job site protocols and safety standards.

Transportation:

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Required Equipment Candidates are expected to provide their own reliable tools. Other tools not on this list may be provided for you by October Blue according to the need of the project.

Hand Tools:

Hammer, speed square, tape measure, torpedo level, 2ft and 4ft levels, painters 5-in-1 or glazier's pry bars, flat bar, utility knife, and tool pouch.

Power Tools:

Cordless drill, impact driver, oscillating multi-tool, circular saw, and reciprocating saw.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

Starting at $22.00 per hour , with adjustments based on skill level, experience, and leadership responsibilities.

Time Off:
