$24.00 - $28.00 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

Onsite (Middle TN).

Monday - Friday, Some Weekends.

None Required. The Opportunity You will play a hands-on role in the success of our commercial projects by executing quality formwork and finishing. As a key member of our field operations team, you will have the chance to refine your craft in a supportive environment that values technical skill and career development. You will work directly with experienced leaders who prioritize quality and professional growth. How You Will Make an Impact Construct and set formwork for site and building concrete according to project specifications and as directed by Project Foreman. Execute high-quality finishing techniques to ensure smooth, level, and aesthetically consistent concrete finishes. Implement daily assignments provided by the Foreman to maintain high production performance on-site. Verify that all formwork is secure and correctly aligned prior to every concrete pour. Utilize various hand and power tools safely to maintain an accident free environment. Collaborate with the field crew to ensure a seamless workflow during high-pressure work days. Maintain a safe and organized job site by following all established safety protocols and inspections. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in the concrete industry. Proven experience as a formwork carpenter for both site and building concrete. Demonstrated proficiency in concrete finishing techniques for commercial applications. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented field environment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience working on large-scale commercial ground-up projects. Strong understanding of various concrete mixes and their specific finishing requirements. Familiarity with reading basic site plans or following layout markers.
