Full-Time We are a locally owned construction company specializing in custom homes and residential remodeling throughout the Tri-Cities. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Carpenter / General Construction Worker to join our growing team. Construction or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training is available for the right person. Responsibilities Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects Perform general carpentry, framing, trim, siding, and finish work Safely operate hand and power tools Load and unload materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow instructions and work safely Assist lead carpenters and project managers as needed Qualifications Construction or carpentry experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred We are a small, growing company looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to learn, develop their skills, and grow with the company.
