We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can handle a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects. Our company specializes in remodels, additions, decks, roofing, framing, and custom home improvement projects. We need someone dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as with a crew.

Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, trim, decking, and general carpentry work
• Read measurements and complete projects accurately
• Assist with remodels, additions, and residential construction projects
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship

Requirements:

• Prior carpentry/construction experience required
• Knowledge of common construction tools and materials
• Ability to work outdoors and lift heavy materials
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to problem-solve and work with minimal supervision
