Carpenter Position:
Read and interpret blueprints to plan layouts and calculate dimensions Build and install frameworks, partitions, joists, trusses, and subflooring Install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and stair systems Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools Repair or replace damaged structural components and finishes Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes while maintaining a safe job site Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeline adherence Train and guide apprentices and laborers to meet performance and safety standards Apply strong math and problem-solving skills for accurate measurements and material use Safely operate tools and equipment while working in physically demanding conditions including heights and varying weather Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other trades to coordinate work and resolve issues Follow all company policies and safety procedures Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for
Carpenter Position:
