Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. They actively promote and sell bank products and services, deepen client relationships through excellent service, and support branch sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Engage clients proactively, identify needs for deposits, loans, and referrals, and guide clients through financial options.
Client Experience:
Provide personalized financial advice, ensure prompt issue resolution, and support efficient banking transactions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.
Operational Efficiency:
Participate in meetings, assist in training new staff, and support audit and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • No specific licenses required; background checks and regulatory compliance needed.
