This role involves executing a wide range of remodeling projects, including residential and commercial renovations, with a focus on precision craftsmanship and quality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in carpentry, framing, trim work, and restoration, demonstrating proficiency with various tools and construction techniques. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and remodeling projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Experience in concrete forming, masonry, roofing, metal stud framing, siding installation, and tile laying preferred Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, plastering, stucco application, rebar installation, and drywall finishing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation is advantageous Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards Please submit a resume for immediate consideration
